The hoist is divided into single lifting point and double lifting point. The double lifting point winch hoist is connected with two single lifting point hoists by connecting shaft for synchronous operation, which can be driven on one side or driven on both sides. Structure of winch hoist:

Guide for selection of winch hoist:
This series of hoists can be divided into single lifting point and double lifting point. The lifting force of QPQ, qpg and QPT type is 50kn-2500kn; QPT type is 50kn-1250kn, which is for users to choose.
The lifting force or holding force of QPQ qpk qpg QPT series products is selected according to GB / 783-65 lifting machinery lifting capacity series.
QPQ qpk QPT qpg series hoist can not be operated with inclined crane.
The wire rope of qpg qpk QPT qpg series hoist adopts 6W (19) type with nominal tensile strength of 1550-1700n / mm2. The steel wire rope is supplied randomly, and 40m for each machine.
The hoist is equipped with up and down travel limit switch for limit protection operation.
The center distance of hoisting point of hoist shall be selected according to the range specified in parameters.
The mechanical strength of the hoist is calculated according to the light working level, and the motor operates according to the intelligent period; if the working level needs to be improved, the user should propose, and then change the type of the hoist manufacturing drawing, manufacture and supply.
The shape of the gate lifting lug and the connection mode of the movable pulley pin shaft shall be determined according to the size of the pin connecting the movable pulley and the gate.
Qpk series hoist has two kinds of descending speed: fast speed and slow speed. Slow speed is the speed under normal power on condition; fast speed refers to the rapid drop of the motor under the action of load such as gate dead weight (or water column pressure). Its fast value is controlled by the governor, which shall not exceed 5m / min, and the fast closing time is generally 2min.
The user should provide the parameter value or give the distance between the gate pin center and the hoist base. If there is a pull rod, the pin center should be the center of the upper shaft hole in the highest position.
The layout of hoist foundation and the load acting on the foundation are only for reference in water supply engineering design.

Therefore, in gear machining, the accuracy grade of gear teeth should also be controlled to avoid the occurrence of convex edges in the tooth profile, thus affecting the meshing accuracy of gears.

The positioning pin is usually used to locate the drum bearing block and other bearing blocks on the frame, which is accurate and reliable. However, when both the open gear bearing seat and the small gear bearing seat on the drum are positioned by positioning pin, it is very inconvenient to adjust the center distance of open gear pair and the top clearance of gear mesh. If the adjustment is not in place, the gear meshing will not be good and the transmission will not be stable. The gear needs to be adjusted repeatedly during assembly to achieve satisfactory transmission effect. Therefore, it is suggested that in the design, one of the two open gear bearing blocks should be positioned by positioning pin, while the other gear bearing seat should be welded on the frame after the center distance and gear meshing clearance of the gear pair are adjusted.
